Today he is CEO of Three Streams Smokehouse and Trout Hatchery in Franschhoek, which processes tons of trout and imported salmon a year, and supplies Woolworths and many of South Africa's top restaurants with fresh, smoked and cured salmon and trout products. Gregory is also a founder and shareholder in Katse fish farms which is the home of Royale Highlands Trout - the first provenance brand created by OMEGA WORKS in the South African retail and food service market.
